Somewhere along the way we put our "adult hat" on and started taking life too serious. We placed other people's opinions of us above our own.

Through this retreat I will guide you to explore your unique expressing and your authentic power through curiosity, inquisition and courage.

This is a 2 day mini retreat where we will be painting and infusing our day with music, poetry, ceremony, movement, nourishing foods and deep connection.
I will demonstrate my personal painting techniques and guide you along the way.
I will share my tools and strategies to deepen your connection and allow your unique expression
to flow through you.
No experience needed, only your willingness to be open and teachable.
Two day retreat fee is $475.00 this includes 2 canvases, supplies, and a nourishing meal!
