Breathe in deeply and find that quiet place inside.


Connect.


When you practice getting still, you can more easily create space between the distractions and your story, the inner voice inside telling you that you aren't good enough... AND CHOOSE AGAIN.


You can change your story to love rather then fear.


You can tell that beautiful little girl inside that she is so beautiful, unique, smart, special, strong, brave and so worthy- start treating your inner child with all the love and nurturing you wish you had received and tell yourself a new story.


You can change your mind.


You can choose again.


BE where your feet are

You can start treating yourself with love and respect. You can give yourself permission to listen to and nurture your body with nourishing food, proper rest and movement.


Taking time to get still daily has helped me mute the distractions and that mean voice inside so that all I am left with is me, my intuition.... LISA.


The actions become clearer. The whispers become louder. My Hell Yesssssss! are so clear, and if it's not a Hell Yessssss- it's a no.


This is where trust and grace can flourish.
