In order to be creative it is important to Surround yourself with CREATIVITY.
Plant "triggers", around your home and in your life to cue your mind and your brain.
Add variety - from your shoes, style, hair, books you read, music you listen to and foods you eat- this is often a safe place to be bold, try new things and follow the "curiosities" that arise.
Create an altar. Have a space (this can be as big or small as you want) dedicated to a collection of things that inspire you. I like having mine out so that I am visually cued when I see it.
Read something that inspires you every day. Buy a poetry book ( here are some of my faves right now ) and put it in your washroom or by your night stand.
What sparks and tugs at you? Pay attention.
Start a collection, go on a scavenger hunt with a notebook and draw things that inspire you.
Do it even if it scares you.
Do it especially if it scares you.
Become the artist of your life.
Take Command. You are the captain of your own ship.
Create the Masterpiece you are here to create.
Leave this world better then you found it.
