Why not focus on adding in?

I find to create sustainable change, it's often easier to "add-in" rather then taking away. The more I focus on adding in foods that bless my body and make my body thrive, the more I start craving them ... and the less I end up reaching for foods that are toxic and lead me away from my health goals.

It feels good to feel good.

Only I get to choose what's at the end of my fork.

A big part of feeling good is choosing foods that properly fuel your body ( I aim for 90% of the time because I love having a glass of wine by the fire place or indulging in a decadent piece of chocolate.. and I love nachos with guacamole!!-get my recipe here). It will take a high level of energy, stamina and well-being to live the life you are meant to live and to create your incredible masterpiece. Start now!

Add things in.

Your body needs to be able to keep up. If it cannot, eventually you will stop chasing your dreams because you will either feel completely exhausted and overwhelmed or your state of health will not allow you to continue.

Do not let this be the reason you can't live your life to it's fullest!

Here's a smoothie I started adding to my day.

1 cup frozen Wild blueberries

1 bunch fresh parsley or cilantro

1 scoop greens - I use Ultimate green Zone.

1 scoop Collagen - I use Collatrim .

1 scoop Arginine - I use this one.

1 1/2 cup Water

I throw all of these in our Vitamix ( you are going to need a powerful blender to break up the parsley and cilantro- but so worth it for their health benefits) and voilà, I have a delicious, nutrient dense and totally energizing and uplifting drink in my hand.

This year I am taking care of Lisa and I'm adding in foods that will help with my longterm health and Well-being. Life is full and crazy so adding simple steps is a lot more sustainable and less overwhelming for me. I want my body to be able to keep up for this incredible masterpiece (called LIFE) that I am creating!! I want to leave a footprint that makes the world better, leaves it better than I found it and uplifts humanity. I need to take care of my body.

~~Here's more on why I added these into my day~~

"Wild blueberries- Helps restore the Central Nervous System and flush neurotoxins out of the liver. Draw heavy metals out from your brain. Also heal and repair any gaps created when the heave metals are removed, which is especially important for your brain tissue. This is the most powerful food for reversing Alzheimer's. Eat at least a cup daily.

Cilantro- goes deep into hard to reach places extracting metals from yesteryear. Blend one cup in a smoothie or juice, or add to salad and guacamole. Removes heavy metals such as mercury and lead.

Parsley: removes high levels of copper and aluminum which feeds Ebstein-Barr virus ( you'll learn way more on this when you read the book)."

- Anthony Williams- Medical Medium

I add the Collagen ( I use Collatrim) to aid in muscle and connective tissue repair ( I found a great article here), Greens ( Ultimate Green Zone) for pre-biotics, antioxidants, minerals, superfoods and the L-arginine for improving my heart and cardiovascular system and boosting my immune system (another great article here). Let me know if you want more information on getting these products.

This works for me. You take what you want from it and do what's right for you.

I ensure you that when I see significant shifts from implementing new strategies in my life- you know, the kind of shift that changes the direction of your health and life, I will share.

You choose. Don't let the excuses take over ( I've even put together my grocery list to make it easy for you here.)

Your choices today will dictate tomorrow's results.

I love this smoothie and I love the way it makes my body feels. Try it out for 30 days and see how you feel? Share this with a friend and do it together!

You CAN do this! You are so worth it!

You got this. Start NOW.

I believe in you.
