So simple yet...

Just be present.


Pay attention and observe the world around you.


Force your mind back to this moment.


Listen when people are speaking to you and wanting to connect. Listen, even more closely, let them feel that you care about what they are saying.


It's so easy for your mind to wander off and be elsewhere, force yourself to be conscious in your actions and your thoughts.


Your mind will want you to see everything else as a higher priority. Work, emails, social media, eating, drinking, doing and busy-ing... Breathe.. you got this. Trust that there is magic in being in the present moment.


We are being called to be present with others and with ourselves. To connect and explore through our relationships ( yes.. including with yourself ) and to grow. We are being called to elevate and lift each other up so we stay strong together.


Disconnecting, numbing and the downward spiral of addictions (ummmmm.. how many of us had a 40% increase in usage of our phone last week?) are absolutely an option when it comes to "dealing" with the discomfort but so is being.


Getting away and unplugging as a family reminds me of the magic of just being together.

How can you BE more today?


How can you be exactly where your feet are and explore the moment you are in? Take it one step further and find something to be grateful for in that moment ..and there is always something.


I want you to focus on and have your primary intention for this week to be Present . Being exactly where you are.


Let go of expectations and drop the shoulds that are distracting you from what is really important.. and just be.


Breathe. You got this.
